There are so many amazing drinks in Disney. I can’t even think of any off the top of my head that I wouldn’t recommend! This list isn’t necessarily the absolute best or most original/unique drinks in Epcot, but they are drinks that I really enjoy, and think that everyone should sample.
Number 5: Dragon Berry Refresher
You’ll find this little gem at the Refreshment Port. It features Bacardi Dragon Berry rum, and it is sweetly delicious. Deliciously sweet? My Google fu is weak, and I haven’t figured out exactly what is in this drink, but I always enjoy it… with my cronut (yes, that’s a croissant donut), also found at the Refreshment Port!
Number 4: Tequila flight
One tequila, two tequila, three tequila, floor. But not when you’re sharing the flight with friends! The flight pictured here actually came from a Food & Wine booth back in 2013, but you can still find tequila flights at La Cava del Tequila in the Mexico showcase pavilion. Tequila happens to be my liquor of choice (mmm, margaritas!), and Disney keeps some tasty tequila on hand. There are flights in all price ranges, too!
Number 3: Grand Marnier Orange Slush
Would you believe I never actually had one of these classics (found at Les Vins de Chefs de France) until Natalie bought me one in 2017? I guess I just always tried other drinks in the France pavilion. But this was pure delight. Remember the Orange Creamsicles of our youth? Yes. The Grand Marnier Orange Slush is a grown up version of an Orange Creamsicle, and it is so worth it! I mean, if we’re drinking slushes in January when bundled up in jackets, hats, and gloves… you know it’s worth it!
Number 2: Acan Grapefruit Margarita
I’m not even ashamed to admit that a few tears were shed when Mexico’s Margarita Stand closed in 2016, which is funny because I’m not a big fan of frozen margaritas. But it was an institution! Anyway, it’s all good now because Choza de Margarita opened in late 2017… and offers both frozen and on the rocks margaritas! So far the only one I have tried is the Acan Grapefruit Margarita. It was delicious! More tart than sweet, with a heady tequila taste throughout. I will have to try all the other flavors, but I’ll definitely be going back to this one over and over.
Number 1: Tipsy Ducks in Love
This cult classic is in the Joy of Tea kiosk at the China pavilion. Heather read a review way back before Princess weekend 2015 and we just had to try it, because… who doesn’t love boozy coffee?! Bam. Instant favorite! Tipsy Ducks in love is an iced coffee & black tea drink (I’ve never tasted the tea) with chocolate syrup, whipped cream (uhh, sometimes – see pictures), and bourbon. Every time I go to Epcot, I have to have one of these.
